OUR STORY

Join us as we travel throughout Italy
and experience the beauty, culture, and culinary traditions

We had a wonderful childhood in Venice surrounded by beauty everywhere.
We tasted food (from Carmela’s grandfather Giuseppe Cipriani and her father Arrigo ) that gave us indelible emotions.
We met again at a mature age with the desire to rediscover that beauty and those flavors that nourished us during our youth.
Today we want to share them with others to give this possibility of absolute well-being which is what slows down the old age process.
Join us as we travel throughout Italy and experience the beauty, culture, and culinary traditions of our family origins and beautiful homeland.

We’ll stay in places we know, we personally tested and loved, dine in special restaurants off the beaten path and explore our favorite towns and countrysides in Italy’s many diverse regions.
We will visit top food and wine producers and taste the finest in regional cuisine. We’ll cook local food together in hands-on classes and watch as guest chefs preparing authentic regional specialties in private cooking demonstrations.
Then we’ll eat, drink and enjoy life in true Italian style.
Come with us to discover Italy and savor the flavor of “LA BELLA VITA!”.

The kitchen plays a very important role.  The food has to be all homemade.
